Are you using an alpha channel to make them all nice and shiny?
BTW, I have some great shots that I took at the real GM&L back in 2007. However almost every single one has a smudge from the sunscreen that got on my camera lens.
That'll teach me not to check and clean the lens more often!

The alpha isn't showing up on my FS9. Not sure why. I have reflections 'on'.
When I got the repaint temp I was going to check that for sure.
But knowing who did the repaints I'm sure the alpha was included..
The parking on the AFCAD has since been edited to park them closer together just like they did in RL.
And Mike..you suck man...smudgy pix of the greatest aircraft ever built? I hope you beat yourself up for weeks after that...LOL.
I'm glad you got to go though. When I found out about it it was too late...and I was pissed for weeks over that.

LOL, I was pretty pissed at myself.
That airshow, was honestly one of the best airshows, if not THE best airshow, that I have ever been to. The wx was absolutely perfect on Saturday when we went and the format of the show was fantastic. I've never been to a show where they roll out the F-16 demo, followed next by the F-15 demo, followed up after that with the F-22 demo, culminating in the heritage flight with the F-16, F-15, F-22 and of course led that day by a Mustang. All that right in a row, one right after the next with no dead time between. I was in heaven that day! That was also the first time I'd seen the F-22 demo, so that was icing on the cake.
But to be there in person for the mass fly over at the end, to hear all those Merlins all humming along overhead, unbelievable!!
I remember thinking to myself that this must have been what it sounded like during the war with mass formations of fighters and bombers overhead. And to think that a show like that will probably never happen again, just adds to the satisfaction of getting to be there in person.
Here's a video I shot that day of the Raptor demo:

Proof that I was there!
