Excel Help

I know have some Excel masters in here so perhaps someone has an answer.
I have repeated measurements but I don't want to see an average.
Three major categories (sodas) and three sub-categories (candies). Each combination is tested three times and I want to display each measurement (not the total or average).
When I do a regular column chart it displays them all but it puts every name combination at the bottom...and looks really busy. When we do a pivot chart we put the candy as a legend field, soda as an axis field and height as a value...it's perfect but we have to choose an average or a total instead of every single measurement.
I have attached the data for your perusal. Thanks guys!
