Editvoicepack error

I was loading voicepacks and when I started to do another set I got this error message

Index was outside the bounds of array

Any help please.

Which windows OS are you using?

Vista, fs9, I had quiet a few to install, so I broke them up into groups, I installed some but when I went to install more I got this message.
