If I had F-15's and F-22's from the 154th Wing based at Hickam Air Force base what would their parking codes be? I am fixing up the parking at FSDT's Honolulu scsenery.

I am not sure how accurate you are wanting to be, but they can be anything you want

So are both types operating under the same Squadron name/number? Or just the same Wing name/number? (I have no knowledge of USAF military organisational structure - sorry.)
If the two types really are from the same unit in every way, I would look at their radius values, and size the parking spots accordingly. All spots would be coded the same - maybe as "154W". But if the default model radii are the same for both aircraft, I would use, say, "1541" or "154A" for the F-15s, and "1542" or "154B" for the F-22s.
But as Dale says, you can use any code of upto four characters long, provided it is different to the codes of other similar sized or smaller aircraft at the airfields that your F-15s and F-22s will visit or are based at.
