How to create way points???

well it is not scenery question but I don't know where to put it...
I want to make some way points but I don't know how to make invisible runway.The point is that I want way point in the air no in the ground but every material I user is visible.
Does someone have answer on this and can help me?

miljan,
To make a runway invisible just reduce its width to 1 foot and it will disappear in FS9.
Please be aware that the use of elevated airport waypoints have many limitations dependent on how many consecutive ones you use and their elevations relative to one another and their final ground level airport destination.
My recommendation would be to use no more than 2 consecutive airport waypoints with an elevation of no more than 1700 feet, otherwise you'll have problems with AI disappearing as they descend from high elevation airport waypoints.

It can still be visible sometimes at 1ft width so set the runway surface to water as well.
