Does the Lemoore package come with the Aircraft Carrier AFCAD?

Yes it does. Look for MAIW_AF2_1ABE.bgl in the addon scenery/scenery folder.

The 1ABE afcad is only for the wave off / TNG. There is no carrier afcad supplied with the package, you need to follow the readme instructions to download the carrier scenery which includes the carrier afcad for the statics.
