Scenery File Libraries

Hi, I recently noticed that the MAIW website offers scenery and texture files. Will some one please explain what they are and how to use them.

I think that I know what you mean.
The listings are for people who wonder what the hell it was that placed files on their PC. This attempts to give give you some help in identifying them. It also has the nice side effect of allowing you to find a replacement should a file get corrupted.
They can't be used standalone as you would need an object or library to call them.

These files are installed in some of our packages that use scenery. You will hardly notice them but they are a vital repository of models and textures that we generate our scenery from. Like Steve says the files posted on the website are simply there to allow you to see what is there and get replacements if you are missing any.
