Two new squadrons added to retro F/A-18's, both were based at Beaufort. VMFA(AW)-332 "Moonlighters" and the VFA-82 "Marauders". Moonlighters has two cags( so you can switch them out when you want) and the Marauders will come with three different including a great retro one you see at the bottom :)

Great job on the paints, did you paint the helmets for the Jarheads? I know you like the retro, any chance of some West coast (MCAS Miramar) Hornets in the mix?

I have some possible bad news, a electrical wire blew outside my house and busted all electrical devices inside the house. I took the computer to a computer guy and he said he thinks the hd will be ok cause the surge blew the power not the internal. So if it did fry it, i would only lose the Shamrock paints and the black hog as i did not back it up. I also lost the paints on a package i was working on if that is the case, but i know someone who has done what i did so that wont be a total loss. So hope for the bet for my hard drive, i dont want to go through another ordeal like i did a few months ago and have to install everything again. If all goes right, i will try to make these availible right away.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) can be a bit pricey, but in the long run is worth every cent, and would cost much less that a computer, and should protect you from this fate. It's been many years since I learned my lesson, and have all my electronics protected this way. Took a few years to afford them all, but if you go after them one at a time, eventually you will be in good shape. After a few years the battery needs to be replaced, and is almost as expensive as the initial acquisition, so you have to plan for that as well. Hope your hard drive survived ok!

Good news everyone! Hard drive is ok as well as the computer. All it needed was a new power source as it was blown. Should have it back real soon and can get back to work.

Next completed: QF-4E's based at Holloman AFB. A few were painted by Mark Heimer, i ended up making my own painkit for most of the drones. I used the base paint from mark to update a couple of the heritage painted jets. Great paints mark. Here is a couple shots of the jets, will post more of the drones tomorrow, i messed up the flightplans and they are all flying at night lol.
