I'm considering loading AI Smooth and would like to hear any feedback(good or bad)regarding experiences or any alternative suggestions. After reading the manual, I'm not sure if it actually makes traffic flow any better.
Thanks,
Bosshogg

I used AISmooth sometime ago, made my AI do barrell rolls and crazy stuff. So now I use AI Separation. This works for me much much better, when I was developing Lemoore I sat and watched traffic for 2 hours at peak time and only had one go around due to seperation congestion.
Where AI Smooth tries to fly the AI in hold patterns (not that well I must say), AI Separaton let's you set the required seperation distance, and then slews approaching AI back to the required distance. I set mine to 6nm this normally allows everything to runway vacate in time. There is also a taxi speed proggy about to help too.
May not be everyones choice but AI Separation is my choice.

OK, thanks for your answer. I searched AVSIM and FlightSim for "AI Seperation" with no results. Where can I find it?

OK Thanks, I found it. Do you open and set filters while in FS9? It looks like it doesn't save the inputs when you exit.

Well I cannot remember I only use when at busy places and that's not often. But you have to set the ICAO code each time the rest would only take a minute.
