Three C-130K (HTAI C-130E model) aircraft of Lufttransportstaffel, based at Linz (LOXL). Uploaded to Avsim (Austrian_AF_C130K.zip)
Ed Kooymans has some flightplans available for them at Avsim. (c130-ol_v10.zip)

Can someone advise me on how I get the flt plans to work please, as they are in a single file?

You have to copy and paste the info from the one text file into an "Aircraft.txt", "Flightplans.txt", and then use a utility, such as GenAir, to extract the airports. I've attached the three files to this post.
