The local air guard unit in Des Moines going to Australia for a month. Guess it beats Iowa winters.

I'd love to get up there to see some arriving, wonder when they'd start to arrive...
Especially a C-5, I can't even remember the last time I saw one flying.

Depending on where they go and if government quarters are available, anywhere from $284-500 USD.

There is supposed to be a C-5 or two either Monday or Tuesday.

There is a C5 (Tenn ANG) and a C17 (Miss ANG) loading up today.
