Update for MAIW Saudi Hawks Package

Not so long a go I realised that the MAIW package of the saudi hawks has a few errors in it e.g. repaints and flightplans (I do understand that it hard to find out info). So I decided to make an update for it. Thanks to Graham for his repainting skills. Luckly for me my family is really good friends with one of the hawk instructors in Tabuk, so I asked if I could ask him a few questions about what, where and how often they fly. He was able to tell me where the areas that they go to, to train in and the ranges. So in this package there are all these places with accurate positioning. There are roughly 40 sorties a day which I have tried to replicate in this. Hopefully I will be able to add some scenery to it aswell
