Military AI Works

Can someone tell me how i can make my AI land and takeoff on the same runway, for example I have a one runway airport and i want the AI to takeoff on runway 21 and land on runway 21. But for some reason they land on runway 21 and takeoff runway 3. Any suggestions? Thanks

Did you try to close runway 3 for takeoffs and landings?
