The meatball is not included in the MAIW scenery libraries it is an extra scenery macro made by Marcel Ritzema.
PM inbound.

For FSX there is an IFOLS trailer on flightsim.com: flols_trailer_scenery_v1.zip

The MDLs could be added to a scenery library using SceneryMakerXML, and then activating the scenery library.bgl file as you would any other library.
or ADE is capable of placing mdl files directly into your airport project file.

In your ADEX folder /FSX/Models place the mdl file. Also place a folder with the same name as the model with the textures for the mdl.
Open your AD2 project file (afcad for airport). Under the Lists pulldown go down to models in the list hit the add button and pick out your model. Now when your working on your ad2 airport project file, place your mouse arrow where you want the model, and right click. go down to model, pick out the model, hit add and 'voila' the model is added to the airport.
This should work also for FS9. It is described in the ADE Manual. The procedure is a little cumbersome, but with practice is easy. If you are going to use the model in many different airports, it might be better to place the mdls into a scenery library.bgl file so a object placement program like ez scenery or instant scenery is used. The advantage of the above method is that the mdl is now part of your airport afcad and not in a separate scenery object.bgl file.
