This package, the third installment of MAIW’s “Export Hawks” series, covers the Hawks in service with the Royal Australian Air Force. The RAAF ordered the Hawk 127 Lead in Fighter (LIF) in June 1997. 12 were produced in the UK, and the remaining 21 in Australia. This variant is operated by No’s 76 and 79 Squadrons RAAF in the advanced training and close support roles.
