This AI package adds a wing fold model for land-based operation to the previous JYAI EA-6B Prowler packages. The original package, for your sim version is required to enable the model. The supplementary zip contains both an FS9 and an FSX/P3D model. This new model is different to the wing fold model for Carriers, included in the main packages. The carrier model folds its wings at the hold for the “catapult” while the land-based model folds them when leaving the parking spot and will taxy to the runway with them down. The carrier-based model also operates with a “wet” FDE for simulated “catapult” take-offs and arrested landings, while the land-based model uses the runway FDE.
