Models used in MAIW

Post by JHWB »

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question. But here goes:

I've downloaded a package from Owl's Nest - #86: Export Hawks Part 2 - Canadian Hawks
The Model and repaint are credited to Nick Black.

Is there a flyable version of Mr Black's aircraft and the Canadian repaint available anywhere? I've found models by other model makers but prefer this one if it is available.

Thanks

Sorry, Nick only did AI versions of the Hawk. You might try grafting a flyable FDE onto it and seeing how it goes, but you have to remember that the model has xml effects built into it so things might happen when you don't expect it.

Thanks for the info. I found a Hawk by DSB Designs on FlightSim's site which is already painted in CAF colours and is complimentary to the Cold Lake Scenery and AI flight plans I downloaded from here. I'll use that one.

Do an internet search for Iris CT-155. It should still be freeware and available. It was on Avsim prior to the hack.

Edit: I see you found it already. Great little model.
