Looks great, my only lame, nit picking critique, and something I've seen you do with the AI F-4's, is to add some color to the older 70's HGU helmets and the green (vice gray) MBU-12 masks on the IRIS model.

I did not touch the pilot textures as I have not found pictures of VF-101 helmets of that time.

Here are two quick and dirty alternative versions: white or dark blue helmet, green masks, some patches on flight suit

Yes! Great looking skull & crossbones! Should be an easy switch for modern VF-103 paints.
