Hello all,
I am currently converting your RAF Seaking package for use in Heli Traffic 2009. Just wondering what permissions I need? Should be completed later today(Hopefully).
Regards

For your own use you need no permissions.
If you intend to release the package for others then you need the permission(s) of the people that made up the individual components that you want to use. For example, the modeler, the painter, the FDE writer, effect writers, the flightplan writer.
If you use any components then we those people need to give their OK and will normally do so if they are given due credit. A start point would be the readme from the package this would list who made which parts.

Re: Heli Traffic 2009.
Damo,
You do know that even though there is sort of a schedule function with HT2009, you cannot place departure and arrival times at locations. You can only provide delay(parking) time on each helipad. Each time HT2009 starts up it starts the scheduled flights randomly.converting your RAF Seaking package for use in Heli Traffic 2009

Re: Heli Traffic 2009.
Which parts are you using, or are you using the everything?

Re: Heli Traffic 2009.
Hi Firebird,
Most everything, tried to copy flightplans as Heli Traffic allowed, just the MAIW package for use in heli traffic, had to add some landing spots as they didn't exist, tried to use waypoints as much as possible. Bit that is a bother is they don't contact ATC or appear in AI list.
Again thanks for the help.

Re: Heli Traffic 2009.
Well, as a start you cannot use anything with the MAIW name...so, for example, if you were going to use the 'aircraft.cfg' you would need to change the 'Titles' of the aircraft. Easy enough to do, though, just expunge the MAIW or Military AI Works moniker from anything you release. This isn't a slight against you, none of us are allowed to do that.
