I have saw your website and donwload some patch for my FsX.

Thanks very much for this patch, and i want to know how to add some new trafic plan (for the aircraft) and how to cobinate the last trafic of FSX and MilitaryAiWorks.

Ok, you can use the RPP Flightplan generator at http://www.militaryaiworks.com/tools.html to create new flightplans. Read the Readme because you will need the Traffic tools by Le Swordy.
Désolé, I dont know anything about combining? flight plans... but there is a way you can convert MAIW packages to FSX. Look in the forums for the manual.
