I dont know what is wrong!

I tried to follow exactly as the training guide to place the file in the correct Sections. I beleive the problems I have is dealing with Addon Scenery vs Scenery. I dowloaded a pair of packages to see if I can have the MAIW working corrently. I see traffic in few places, but no traffic in others, I don't see any Military Parking whe I go to the specific airports. Is there anyone who can help me putting together MAIW so I can enjoy it.? Your help will be appreciated.
