Google [Bot] and Yahoo [Bot]?

What is the significance/meaning of either Google [Bot] or Yahoo [Bot] when they show up in the registered users list on the Board Index page?

They're just spider bots that search engines send to our forums for indexing. Nothing to worry about

I was just curious when I saw both of those bots present at the same time.
