No need to delete anything.

Open up the afcad for Ch. Fenton or whatever and select list/comm frequencies. If you currently have 123.45 as the ground freq, try changing it to 123.5 or anything that suits.

It is difficult in the UK with so many airfields close together and only a restricted amount of frequencies.

Unfortunately, FS9 didn't include UHF/Military frequency ranges.

If you have a particular airport that is getting transmissions from other bases, then hopefully that will help. Of course you may need to try changing a few times until you get a frequency that is not being used.
