The RAF hasn't retired any E-3s. They are going to sell the Sentinels not the Sentrys.

I think the plan is to wind down the Sentry fleet too, after all, the world is at peace now.

You don't need AWACS, it's all ball bearings nowadays.....

We could always get a private contractor to do the UK airspace cover
