Hi all, just wondered if anyone could help me. I want to change how the aircraft banks on autopilot, because at the min its turning circle is far to big.
Thanks for the help

Slow the aircraft down.... Works every time.
I keed but seriously, could you be a little more specific? Like which aircraft you are referring to?

If you are talking about AI aircraft, the autopilot has nothing to do with them and what you see for angle of bank is what you get. If you are talking about user flyable aircraft, I know nothing.

Sorry should have specified more. I want to change it on the DSB/Iris Hawk I know you can do it in the aircraft cfg. but I am not sure which bit in the autopilot section, like you can change the vertical speed there aswell.

Trying playing around with the following values in the auto-pilot;
max_bank=40.000000
max_bank_acceleration=1.800000
max_bank_velocity=5.000000
I'm thinking the first one would be my option to change to begin with.
Trying lowering it to say max_bank=30.000000 and see what the results are.
Edit: Just for info the Flylogic F-5 has the following settings;
max_bank=25.000000
max_bank_acceleration=1.800000
max_bank_velocity=3.000000

Yes it certainly did, the turning radius is now much smaller, just what I wanted
