Iris F-15E OUT NOW.

Post by btaylo24 »

Guys

The level of detail on this bird is amazing. Well worth the money.

FSX only though! :D

Held off on the Milviz version to see this one, although judging by the Milviz T-38, I have no doubt it's a suburb model. After I got FSX I bought both the Aerosoft and Iris F-16's ($5 USD), both have good and bad points, but I like to push buttons/flip switches so the nod goes to the Iris. So many of the same models out, wish at times developers would discuss what they are going to produce, but no competitive business to that way of thinking.

I find sometimes that I don't want t sit there for half and hour flicking switches just to get into the air, thats why I never really got on with the Iris A-10, I like to just be able to go without faffing about. They should make it so you can choose when installing what kind of flyer you are i.e. flicking switches and going through procedures or if you just want to fly

The nice thing about Iris is they do incorporate a "quick start" switch feature for those that want to quickly kick the tires/light the fires, one of the few developers that do this. The A-10 is one of my top 5 flyers. This was more for the avionics, I like the option to make some of the inputs the real jet has, the Iris model in this case was more in-depth with DED/MFD menus.
