i dont have any of it installed ? it's here still in the box and will stay that way.

I wonder if it broke the undercarriage speed limit and that is the problem. I don't know if the AI engine is that smart to be fair, it is just a possibility that I thought of.

Did you accidentally alter the gear settings inside the aircraft.cfg file??
