I do and it takes some getting used to. I'm still adjusting to it after many years without it, so the verdict is still out for me. I already see the benefit of getting one more immersed into the particular sim's environment, but getting my head movements synch'd to the movements of my view has been a challenge. They say that it becomes second nature eventually, but I haven't reached that point yet.

Had it for a few years now and I can't think of flying without it. It feels natural to pan my head rather than press some button to look around. Provides the simmer with much better situational awareness. Check out the Youtube videos. There are plenty of them out there.

Don't forget Freetrack if you're in for a fairly simple and fairly cheap DIY project.
Re: TrackIR5?
I have TrackIR4 but haven't used it for sometime. Not because it was rubbish or anything but simply because I decided that it would be far better used with a triple monitor setup.
For me it was about getting the head movements small enough so as to see 90degs left/right and being comfortable and natural with them. I never did get that. I always planned to use it with a triple-head set up, but never got it, as I felt that it would feel more natural movement wise. To do what it does you only need small movements of the head. Trouble is you don't realise how much you move your head until you use one of those things.
I must stress again that the device worked flawless out of the box.
