It's a photo of an F-16A skidding on its belly tank on a runway. Here is a link to the photo and an excerpt from the caption below it:

This 332 skvadron F-16A on exchange with the 32nd TFS (Wolfhounds) seemed to make a low approach but then set down on its center drop tank and skid down the runway! The aircraft aborted and pulled into a climb, went around and landed safely.

    thx for the fix guys :) amazing that he tookoff and went around for a safe landing ! i was at biggin hill air fair once and watched a vampire do a perfect landing...................on his wing tanks, he never went round again lol.
