Questions

Post by USNCapt2003 »

Hello all I got two questions to throw out there. 1st is I see screen shots of people being able to place multiple flyable aircraft where ever they want how is this done? 2nd how can I change the Blue Angels flightplans to match this season airshow schedule? I have FSX and I am very computer illiterate so please be nice

Capt,
Are you talking formation shots? That's done with FS Recorder: http://www.fs-recorder.net/

As far as the Blues, you could make a flightplan for the show weekend, Fri practice, Sat/Sun shows, but you would have to have waypoints for them to fly to, which is probably way more than you want to do since you admitted to not being "friendly" with computers.

For a template I would look at the special MAIW Air Show package in the Bahamas.

Well sort of I have seen and read about people parking their flyable aircraft at a specific airport just wondering if that is possible to place more than one of my aircraft as a static I guess

Captain,

Not all formation shots are done with FS Recorder. The screenshot in my signature below was taken of 2 NBAI F-18C Blue Angels climbing out after a 2-ship formation takeoff at NAS Pensacola. However this requires the creation of 2 custom invisible AFCADs with each containing an invisible runway either to the left or right of the center line of the visible runway and custom flight plans as I created for both the MAIW Air Show package and my AI Thunderbirds Flight Demo package.

You can place however many AI aircraft you want to use as static aircraft at any base with an AFD file.

You just have to create flight plans and parking for them. Very easy to do.
