On the F-16.net website there is a database that you can use to just about find where every F-16 went to as far as which unit they serve at (I used it to help with my paints); is there a similar one somewhere for the F-4 Phantom?
One would think there would be something like that available, especially for a famous airplane like that.

Re: F-4 Phantom units and aircraft
I found quite a good one called 5057 Phantoms but addressed as '5053phantoms.com'. Apparently the website owner got the wrong number and hasn't got around to changing it yet.

Re: F-4 Phantom units and aircraft
Does anyone know how many RF-4's the Idaho Air Guard had on hand at any one time? I know they had over 60 individual aircraft assigned over the years they flew them.

In 1990 it is reported as 36 between the 190th TRS and the 189th TR Training Flt at Boise Mun Apt (Gowen Fld). I have the numbers. I have some other years info if you say what you want.
