Never forget the 2 September - the worst day in history for Nimrod crews, families and friends
September 2, 1995: Seven Royal Air Force crew members were killed when their Hawker Siddeley Nimrod MR.2P stalled during a low altitude turn and crashed into Lake Ontario.
September 2, 2006, during a reconnaissance flight XV230 crashed in Afghanistan, killing 14 military personnel in Britain's deadliest single loss since the Falklands War.
Our thoughts are with all the families and friiends - we will never forget them - RIP
