German Air Force A310 question

I was looking at scramble to see which A310's were still flying with the German Air Force. Plane 10+22 has this unite=EP-VIP and status=civ. What does that mean? Is it still active? What does civ stand for? According to scramble all of them are still active except for 10+22 which I don't know.

10+22 was sold to Mahan Air last year and registered in Iran as EP-VIP.
