Yeah, for some reason they don't show up when you search the file section for Maxim Galkov, so I googled it and found it via Philippe Tabatchnik's website 
Edit: Erhm, looks like I found the wrong file as there are no L-39 flightplans included. I'll have to go google some more.

In the comments maxgalkov states he will make the flight plans soon, so i guess will have to wait.
