Re: Mirages, Daggers, and Neshrs......
I've noticed on mistake on the tail ofMirage 5 Elkan (from hile).
This model is a modified Mirage 5BA from Belgian Air Force. And their Tail is the same like Mirage III, not like Mirage 5F.
In you model, the tail is like a Mirage5F, with a little angle in the bottom (base) of tail... is not correct.

Re: Mirages, Daggers, and Neshrs......
Two brand-new aircraft models published in one week, more fun than one person should be allowed.......
Here is my first installment of the Mirage III series, the IIIC in the service of the Armee de l'Air. This is all-IIIC, but in early and late variants, armed appropriately (if I got Frank's instructions right, which rarely happens, lol.....). Also, this is my first FDE, with a lot of patient tutelage from Mike Mac. Many more parts of this project will follow very soon, at least by the end of the year. Have fun with it.......

Dayyum, I really can't keep up, pace is so frenetic.
Thanks for these Mike (and tia for the rest of the series), they are going to make a massive difference to my retro setup.

Just uploaded the rest of the IIICs to AVSIM, they will be available within the next few hours...... the SAAF package has an air file update for the AdlA package already released; it makes the aircraft invisible in the UI.

I tested these packages with a fictious flightplans. The AdlA's Mirages have no problem instead the IDF's Mirages seem sinking then hop two or three times and disappear.

Re: Mirages, Daggers, and Neshrs......
I'll check the packages tomorrow when I'm home from work. The IIIC core models are identical, just antenna and ordnance changes; but I will check to make sure the FDE got carried from folder to folder, that sounds like the most likely culprit; and I will issue a fix as needed. This is my first independent FDE, so a few mistakes were anticipated; thanks for the patience.......mp
Also, look for IIIE models to start popping up at AVSIM, perhaps as early as this week.

Here the same, they hop twice, taxi really, really, really slow, that's it.maverick69 wrote:I tested these packages with a fictious flightplans. The AdlA's Mirages have no problem instead the IDF's Mirages seem sinking then hop two or three times and disappear.

Just have a quick check of your Frame Rate Slider - there was an issue with John Young's F-111 that was similar. Basically anything below 20-25 FPS caused the aircraft to hop skip and jump

Re: Mirages, Daggers, and Neshrs......
I just checked the FDE, and as I suspected, I didn't copy in the last updated FDE to the export models. I have just uploaded an update zip file to AVSIM which will bring my IIICZ and IIICJ (IDF/FAA) packages up to the original release FDE standard.
My bad, sorry.
