That's cool man. I gotta do that one of these days.
There was a lot going on there with the King Air coming up your six that whole time.
Funny to hear him do his G U M P check. Brought back memories of the good old days.

Re: Air Combat USA
This should be on everyone's bucket list who visits this site. I just can't recommend it enough. There was lots if traffic out there the whole time. It was SO hard for me to see it though. There's just so much happening.

Dan,
You can do it the safer way from your PC via Vatsim to keep that memory alive. While you don't have the bumps of the aircraft, you do have the realism of live ATC and busy airways. You can even join an online club and do close formation flying.
Lots of fun. I believe Virtual U.S. Air Force can be found here http://www.vusaf.org/

Re: Air Combat USA
did you get to do any dogfighting? If not, wait till that, that is insane. I flew with dale snodgrass when we were dogfighting two L-39s in a French built MS 760 Paris jet, it was crazy, we whooped them though lol.

Re: Air Combat USA
Great vids, on the list for things to do as soon as I can find time and someone that wants to fight me. Form is probably my fav thing about military flying, such a challenge especially at night looking through NVG's.
Whole new respect for that form of flying having completed my upset recovery training in Oct.

Chris,
They just match you up against someone else. I flew against two different guys that day.
