Post by shaggy22 »

Where are we all going to this year regarding airshows?

For me it's:
Cosford (tbc)
Wittering F&F day (tbc)
Yeovilton
RIAT
MAKS

None, they've all been cancelled thanks to the morons that run our government. :smt021

I think it's only Duxford for me this year - Waddo is so hum-drum now :(

Might head back home for the Roskilde Airshow. A bit low key as far as military traffic is concerned, but the Swedes will send over some Gripens and the Belgian F-16 demo team will also be there. Sadly the Swedes had to cancel their Viggen :(

Air show this weekend at my little airport in Temple, TX. No military as we've had in the past (Viper West/A-10), but the WWII collection is still great to see fly. Sadly since most are flying, no statics to actually walk up to and touch.

I didn't realize there was a show this weekend. I don't drive up there much any more. Sad there are no military aircraft but those are the times.

I think I will not be able to enjoy anything but a Frecce Tricolori flyover above my house... nothing around Rome this year!

One year when one of us wins the the lottery they pay for everyone to come to RIAT, now that would be a great weekend. :D
