I can't remember the name of it but it was a local mod to fit twin tails on the F-5. Whether they were mods or reverse engineered new planes I don't know.

That'd be the HESA Saeqeh, which is basically a reverse engineered F-5 fitted with twin tails for some reason. It's been developed from the previous HESA Azarakhsh, which was an outright reverse engineered F-5 with no major mods.

It's a Saeqeh.The Saeqeh is based on the F-5 body with Russian weapons.The Iranians think it's a match for the F18.
