Looking for Russian border guard service flightplans

On avsim.su there are An-26, An-72, and IL-76 paints for the Russian border guard service. Does anyone know where I can find flightplans for these planes? I have 5 of the An-72's flying around in my sim, but I have no idea where I got the plans from.

Thank you that is where I got the ones that I already have. I could not remember where I got them from.

make sure you update the parking codes for the AN-26..as written ,might cause CTD
