How do people resize pics for profile?

How do people resize pics for profile?

Just wondering, how has everybody resized pictures so that they fit their profile?
My pics are too big.

300-400 pixels wide by 100-200 pixels high. :wink:

You have to use an editing proggy to do that. Also one that crops is very useful.

I use Irfanview. It's free, google it. Works great.
