Superb work mate. BTW If like me you were previously using the Dennis Waggoners version you will need to copy the scenery file ( AP916190 ) in NAMW from the FS9 disk back in as the planes are submerged.

Fascinating overhead screenshot! Time to shift my attention to Edwards and the Mojave Desert for a while.

Hi
I want to ask you for the help:Do you have experience with ADE 1.60 Beta and with ground poly editor V0.97?
I want to create dark polies around the base, taxiways and... In ADE it look like very easy, but result in FS9 is little bit funny, all ground polies are above airport elements.
If I will create ground polies normally in ADE,project will be very big and complex and I not able to compile it into one file.
Any ideas?

It looks like the altitude of the tarmac ground polygons is higher than the airport.
Not sure if you can adjust that lower.

Downloaded and tried to create a basic ground poly.
The polygons are being drawn as an apron and not a ground tile.
Possibly a bug in the system or FS9 cannot use it.
John Murchison might have the answer.

The answer is in the manual.
I should have read it first.
The program is designed to place the polygons over the airport. Polygons that previously would have been compiled using FS2002 game-pack and SCASM.
Proximo you are going to have to carefully place the polygons next to the taxiways and aprons.
As an alternative, using Sbuilder with a custom texture might work also.

Wow! It really looks like you are creating a masterpiece there. It must be a crazy amount of work. At least there won't be a lack of ai aircraft and flight plans available for it when done.
Keep up the good work and good luck with the rest.
