I'm trying to get all green with the ADE9X but I have 2 red zones yet that I cannot seem to fix.
1.It will not turn green when I show it the path to the ADE 1.60.5153.25746 . I have it at Comp-C-MSFS-FS design tools-Airport design editor-Airport design editor application.
2.I need to know how to install a FS9 FSUIPC so that will show green as well.

Could you clarify what it is you are trying to do.

Are you trying to get ADE to connect to your flightsim?

Install FSUIPC first, then install ADE. The readme files for the applications are self explanatory. A fix for FSUIPC came out about a year or more ago due to a change in Microsoft files.
This should fix connectivity issues.
