EPKS - Krzesiny Air Base, Poland

This is my version of Krzesiny Air Base in Poland. It hosts two of Poland's three F-16 squadrons, the 3rd and 6th Tactical Air Squadrons. The other, the 10th Tactical Air Squadron, is based at Lask Air Base. I did that one, too, but someone has already posted that base to this forum in the last year.

This FSX scenery uses default objects and also uses Jim Dhaenens's hardened aircraft shelters (HASobj.bgl), which will be required to view the aircraft shelters on the northwest side of the field. There are parking spaces for six cargo aircraft and 24 combat aircraft. 16 additional parking spots are coded for the Polish Air Force 3 Eskadra Lotnictwa Taktycznego (3ELT) and 16 additional parking spots are for the 6 Eskadra Lotnictwa Taktycznego (6ELT). Of these 32 spots, 16 (eight for each squadron) are located in hardened aircraft shelters.

Note that if you use Mark Heimer's Polish Air Force F-16s, he uses F16 as the parking code for all of the aircraft. Because I designed the field with MAIW compatibility in mind, you may want to change the parking codes to 3ELT or 6ELT, respectively, for those aircraft (the appropriate squadron can be found in the title lines of the aircraft.cfg file so you know which one to use), as MAIW uses 1ELT as the parking code for the Polish Air Force MiG-29s. Don't forget that you'll have to amend two aircraft.cfg files - one for the C models and one for the Ds.

I've attached the beta. For right now, it's basically an AFCAD with the shelters. I will add more scenery shortly.

Thanks for these, one of the last sets of F-16s I have yet to add in to FSX.

Crap, their camouflage is good! I completely missed the sixteen shelters to the southeast. I'll add them and then re-release the file.

I'm also working on flightplans for the Polish AF F-16s, and once I get the depot facility at Bydgoszcz completed, I'll have some of the aircraft visit there for maintenance.
