AI Flightplans for MIG23

Hey!
I have the 6 files mpai_mig23-traffic1to6.zip
I was searching now for flightplans for this set of aircraft.
Does anybody know where I can find some?

I've done the Cuban ones, which are now on avsim. The Russian ones will go to avsim today at some point, just finalising & testing them

So I will be very happy if I will see soon the russian ones as well.
