Royal Naval Seaking AI

Post by bigtam121 »

Hi folks

Been messing about with the RAF Seakings package and thought id show my first attempt at a repaint. The pic is of an HMS Gannet (Prestwick Based) HU5 of 771 Sqn RN.

Comments good and bad gratefully accepted.

Very nice paint Tom. Are you going to make them available for all to enjoy?

Hi Dave

So far thats my first repaint but if anyone wanted a copy of the repaint id only be too pleased to share it round. Read that someone on Airfield Construction Group was in the process of doing a Royal Navy package which will probably be a lot more professional than mine.

But if you want a copy give me a shout.

Thanks for taking the time to look and comment

Hi Gary

Looking great. Are you doing all the aircraft for the RNAS stations or you just doing 1 or 2 representative from each base.

Tom

They are all done with individual paints for each aircraft at Culdrose , Yeovilton and Prestwick

Basic scenery(because Im useless at fsds) for the above plus Merryfield, Preddanack Fleetlands Arbroath lots of waypoints and John Youngs HMS Ocean oh and a field location in Norway.

Hi Gary

Not been on for a while.

What model are you using for your seaking.

Is is Willy Verweake (apologies for spelling) or the Alphasim.

Thanks

Hey that "search" button works! Just checking on this as I add more RAF/RN AI to my sim and noticed I was missing a few Sea Kings. As a now former helo guy this is a must have.

There still being worked on, the project suffered a hard drive failure mid year, so we lost some time and data. It's back in the works now, and looking very nice too.
