Hello MAIW team,
I red on facebook that you have opened an upload area for your website.
Can you also make an update information service?
For example:
I have downloaded your Portugal package. Recently I found a package for Portugal on avsim which should be V2 if I am not wrong.
It would be nice if you can make an update area with update links to the newer versions.
A suggestion for MAIW
Re: A suggestion for MAIW
Hello asdro,
I can confirm there is only version 1 of that package. Both here and Avsim have the same version, its a really old package of some years now (2007). The dates on here and Avsim may confuse you by being very different, that's because when everything was uploaded to our new site here the packages were given the latest upload date, where as Avsim will have a post hack date.
With packages that do have updates, the latest version will always be the one available for download here, and Avsim will alert you on there download page of any download that is supersede.
Another way is to open both the readme's you have and see what the version status is, you will find this information under the title.
Hope this helps.

Also you can check in the MAIW Reference at The Owl's Nest. You will see all packages in a sortable and filterable list, and all package descriptions are linked.
Cheers,
Martin
