I fly in FS9 and military right now, and for my US east coast base I use North Island NAS and for the east coast I use Key West NAS, now I have some pretty good AI activity, but North Island is almost void of AI traffic and if possible if there is a way to take some MAIW aircraft and place them on the base? No flight plans just place them at the airport. Hope this makes sense. Any ideas are greatly appreciated, thanks.

Re: static aircraft
You could go the static aircraft route. The quickest and easiest way would be to find a object library on avsim or flightsim.com with static helicopters already in it and use ADE to add them as scenery objects.
The more difficult way would be to try to convert the JYAI MH-60S and MH-60R models to static objects, then place them with ADE.
The more satisfying method would be to write some flight plans for the default JYAI MH-60R and MH-60S models to add ai helicopters that will operate from the base.

To convert AI model into Static model, you can use SAMM (http://stuff4fs.com/open.asp?Folder=SAMM&JS=TRUE).
And after, you can make your library with Library Creator (http://www.scenerydesign.org/library-creator-xml/).

Re: static aircraft
Best to use AI a/c with a flight plan that makes them fly at midnight for 1 hour from and back to the base. Therefore they will be parked during normal flying hours. IMHO static a/c are massive PITA.
