10 years worth of screenshots

Post by MIKE JG »

Not stored shots but shots from some of our packages from the last 10 years.

Starts with shots from Des' Pax River package:

Which Seahawk is that is the last shot? I have the MAIW Jacksonville Seahawk package and a bunch of other non MAIW packs installed and I haven't seen that paint in my sim.

Patience, my good man.
If you look up the code you will be able to work out the sqn and therefore where that paint might be used. :D

Ok found it. It's HSC-5 right? No wonder I never seen it in my sim, it's something that hasn't been released yet.

Ding Ding. Now converted HSC-5 from HS-5 and move from NAS Jacksonville to NS Norfolk with the rest of the FL based HSC squadrons. Someone has to post pics of Nellis, one of the best packages over the 10yrs right next to my top 3 including the NBAI F-14s and Top Gun!

Another one of my favorite packages was the Andrews AFB package. A nice variety of models and again when paired with other MAIW packs, a nice mix of traffic and great custom designed scenery.

Just to bring it up to date AF1 uses Stansted not Heathrow as Stansted is the UK's high security airport now. It's also where intercepted airlines are escorted to. This is because it has, allegedly, a SAS team permanently based there. I've modified my FP to match the change.

Interestingly enough, on the day of the week these screen shots were taken (Wednesday) Air Force One and its twin were both preparing for a departure to.......

Rio de Janeiro, of all places.

Any chance of sharing the FP, please.....

Will do, the C-5 also goes there with the POTUS limo. Not sure if Marine One goes to Mildenhall then onwards to met the Pres.

Here is EGSS with the VIP visitor. In the background is the E-4B not sure if it goes to EGUN or does it go everywhere AF1 goes? I want to clarify this before releasing the FP into the wild ;)

Another favorite (Swedish Gripens package) that featured the classic double delta shape of the Saab JAS-39A/B/C/D Gripen model along with some custom scenery for a part of the world that gets very little attention:
