Special decoration applied to McDonnell Douglas CF-188 "Hornet" of 4 Wing - 410 Tactical Fighter Operational Training Squadron "Cougars" of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) based in CFB Cold Lake with a special decoration for 30 Yeas of fighter pilot training.
