I hadn't known that these were not AI models but I did notice, in FS2004, that my fixed frame-rate of 50 went down to 22-23 at times when looking in admiration at these gorgeous creatures on the apron at 3NGU.

It is worth every single frame-rate drop! :)
Thanks,

The key is not to be too greedy with numbers. I have at least 50 flyable models (mainly choppers used by mil and rescue) acting as AI in my sim with no stutters as long as only a handful are in view at any one time. The USCG HH65 and other 'Dolphins' being a good example. I probably had double that at one time but the recent raft of new AI choppers by developers here has consigned many to the recycle bin. Thank's guys. :-)

Hello

First time I meet this problem... CH-53 traffic doesn't appear.

The CH-53 are visible in the FS9's aircraft list. Traffic BGL files are in \scenery\world\scenery.
I've MAIW Norfolk scenery correctly installed.
All H-60 Hawk trafic are visible, but none of CH-53

Must I modify the afcad to see them ?

I´d the same problem. So I`ve increased the parking radius for the MH-53 to 24 Meters ( afcad / ADE file : 3NGU) and it works out fine.

Please change parking as instructed by navychief88 in the post before and your Sea Dragons appears.

If someone can repaint this model in Israeli colors, like this, it will be great

I have these three files in my archive:
ch53didf.zip
iaf_ch53(2000).zip
iaf_ch53-update.zip
If I remember right, they came from Flightsim.

My upcoming AI CH-53 series, also includes Israeli model and textures. If you can wait a little then it will save people some time, as it will be a true AI model, with VTOL.
